Virtual assistance services are billed on an hourly, per project and/or retainer basis depending on the Client’s work requests. Rates are negotiable depending on the Client's specific requirements and location. 

  • The hourly rate is $30 for services listed in this website unless otherwise agreed upon.  Hourly fees are billed in 15 minute increments.  Invoices are due weekly during the initial phase of the partnership (60 days).  A signed contract is required before virtual assistance begins.

  • First-time clients receive a discount of one (1) free hour with a contract of three (3) hours minimum.

  • Per Project pricing is calculated depending on the project.  A 50% retainer and a signed contract is required on all project assignments before virtual assistance begins.  Balance is due in full prior to the release of the completed project.  

  • A retainer agreement means that the client retains a certain number of hours per month of guaranteed availability for virtual assistance services.  Additional time over that retained will continue to be billed at the retainer rate and any unused hours are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to the next month.  Retainer fees  and a signed contract are due before virtual assistance starts and on the first of each month thereafter.  A 30 days notice is required for any changes in the monthly retainer plans. 

  • Refer a new client to buzztheva, and receive two (2) free hours of administrative services upon receipt of contract. 

Invoicing:  Detailed invoices will be supplied at the conclusion of the project with exact time and billing (with the exception of retainers which will be billed monthly).  Invoices are payable upon receipt.  A $25 charge for non-sufficient funds will apply to all returned checks.

Clients will also be responsible for expenses that are incurred during each work request (i.e. long distance phone charges @ 5 cents per minute, for appointment or event planning, project supplies, shipping costs, etc.).  

To make a payment, the client will be asked to provide credit card information via fax or phone.  Note:  buzztheva accepts money orders, business and cashier's checks.  You may also now pay with PayPal.  The link is in the left column.
